How the Titanium Field Guide uses brand names, trademarks, and images, and how rights holders can request updates or removals.
The Titanium Field Guide is an independent reference database that catalogs current-production titanium watches. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch brand, manufacturer, or retailer. References to brands, models, and products are made for identification, documentation, and editorial purposes.
All watch names, brand names, model names, logos, trademarks, and trade dress are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive, to identify the watches we document. No ownership of, or affiliation with, any third-party mark is claimed or implied.
Wherever a photograph is not licensed, an entry shows a generated illustration keyed to the watch, so the catalog stays complete and rights-clean. Where a real photograph appears, it is used under one of the following:
Every published photograph carries a visible credit identifying its source. We do not scrape or hotlink images, and we do not publish images we are not licensed to use. Watch specifications and factual data are not subject to copyright; we present them with sources and dates.
We want every brand represented accurately. If you are a brand, manufacturer, or rights holder, you may ask us at any time to correct a specification, update or replace an image, add or change a credit, or remove material attributed to you. We review such requests promptly and act on valid ones.
