Behrens The Dark Knight Tourbillon

Behrens made The Dark Knight for Batman's 85th anniversary, a limited edition of 200 in black DLC titanium with a fully skeletonised dial and the Batman logo worked into the design. The 27 on the date disc is treated in a special colour, for Detective Comics issue 27 where Batman first appeared, and the day-night indicator is marked BW, for Bruce Wayne. The in-house BM05 hand-wound movement has a free-sprung tourbillon, a power-reserve display and a new two-way date adjustment. The case is 38 mm across and rated to 50 m, with sapphire front and back, on a fluoroelastomer quick-release strap with a titanium clasp, and every part that touches the skin is non-steel. It costs $6,390, and comes in a metal box with a Bat-Signal searchlight.
