Holthinrichs Signature LAB Series 1.GMT (titanium)

Holthinrichs is a Dutch brand started by an architecture graduate a decade ago, and its LAB Series cases are 3D-printed in Grade 5 titanium by selective laser melting, then milled and finished by hand. Printing is what allows the unusually thin lug structures, and Holthinrichs uses it for comfort as much as looks, with a curved caseback and lugs that wrap the wrist. The 1.GMT has a domed dial milled from solid metal and given a copper-oxide patina by hand, so no two are the same colour, with an azimuthal world map for the second time zone. The case is 38.5 mm across, 9.85 mm thick and 46 mm lug to lug, and a Sellita SW330-2 runs it with 56 hours of reserve. It is limited to 100 pieces at EUR 6,500 before VAT.
