Titan Stellar 3.0 Wandering Hour

The Stellar 3.0 was India's first wandering-hours watch, made by Titan, India's leading watchmaker, which Monochrome had found capable of far more than its mass production suggests. Instead of hands, a central carousel carries two discs of six hours each, turns once every two hours, and its arms point to the minutes along a 180-degree track across the top of the dial. The case is crystallised titanium, with a textured look, under a brushed and polished bronze bezel, 42 mm across, 13.9 mm thick and 49.55 mm lug to lug. Titan's in-house 7AW-D2 automatic runs it with 40 hours of reserve, visible through an exhibition caseback. It is limited to 500 pieces, on an FKM strap, at $2,123.
