Czapek Antarctique S Titanium Dark Sector Cosmic Blue 38.5mm

The Antarctique is Czapek's integrated-bracelet sports watch, and the Dark Sector Cosmic Blue is the titanium version, offered in 40.5 mm and this smaller 38.5 mm. The dial is the reason to look: a sector layout reworked as two slightly domed concentric circles broken by twelve voids, so the hours are marked by absence rather than by indexes, finished in a velvety Cosmic Blue that shifts with the light. Czapek picked titanium for its strength against its weight, and the watch is light on the wrist for its presence. Inside is the in-house SXH5 automatic with 60 hours of reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback, and like the larger model it shows the time only. It is 10.6 mm thick, rated to 120 m, and comes on an integrated titanium bracelet. It was a limited edition of 18 pieces and has sold out, though Czapek keeps a waiting list for cancellations.
