Duxot Pamplona Ceramic Automatic Fume Blue (Limited Edition)

Duxot is a British brand, and the Pamplona Ceramic is its all-ceramic integrated-bracelet watch: case, bezel and bracelet are all ceramic, which is still unusual at this price. Ceramic will not scratch in daily wear and keeps its colour, but it is brittle, so a hard knock on stone can chip it where steel would only dent. This Fume Blue version was limited to 100 pieces and has sold out. The case is 41 mm across, 13 mm thick and 50 mm lug to lug, and on its ceramic bracelet with a butterfly clasp the watch weighs 180 g, far heavier than a titanium watch of the same size. A Miyota automatic runs it, with a date and about 42 hours of reserve.
