Shinola Bronze Monster GMT

Shinola is the Detroit brand, and the Bronze Monster GMT puts its travel watch in a bronze case that Shinola expects to darken and patina as it ages, so no two will look the same after a few years of wear. The GMT works the traditional way, with a fourth hand that goes round once every 24 hours and a 24-hour bezel to read it against, which lets you track a second time zone. Inside is the Sellita SW330-2, visible through a sapphire caseback. The case is 40 mm across and 12 mm thick, rated to 100 m, and the watch comes on a brown leather strap with a second strap woven from ocean-bound plastic that swaps without tools. It lists at $2,500.
