Big Idea Design Ti Field Solar
The Ti Field Solar is the light-powered sibling of Big Idea Design's Ti Field Automatic, designed with RZE, and at 34 g for the head it is remarkably light. The case is Grade 2 titanium with a black coating, 40.5 mm across, 11 mm thick and 46 mm lug to lug, with a smooth-turning timer bezel, a double-domed sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown and 100 m of water resistance. The logo and hands float over the solar panel of the dial. Epson's VS43 movement charges in sunlight or strong artificial light and runs about six months on a full charge, with a day and date. It ships with two Neightoe straps, black leather and black nylon, and costs $399, with the titanium bracelet sold separately.
