Helm Togiak Expedition

The Togiak Expedition is Helm's titanium tool watch with a choice of bezel: elapsed-time, countdown, 12-hour or compass, picked when you order. Because not every configuration carries a dive-time scale, Helm deliberately does not call it a diver's watch under ISO 6425, but it tests every watch in water at its full 200 m rating for two hours and puts part of each batch through the rest of the ISO tests. The case is brushed Grade 2 titanium, 42 mm across, 14 mm thick and 49 mm lug to lug, with a knurled bezel in PVD-coated steel, so it is not nickel-free. Seiko's NH36 gives the day and date. On the TS5 titanium bracelet it weighs 145 g, and 100 g on the nylon strap. It costs $340, built in batches with a waitlist.
