Portahl Peacemaker (DLC Titanium)

Portahl designed the Peacemaker as a one-watch collection: an everyday watch with the case and bracelet in Grade 5 titanium under a matte black DLC coating, 40 mm across and 11 mm thick, rated to 100 m, with fingerprint and sweat-resistant coatings. The black dial carries gunmetal hands that shift from silver to anthracite in the light and a seconds hand with a contrast tip and the brand's signature counterweight, with Swiss Super-LumiNova on the hour and minute hands, on the rings around the dial and on the crown. Inside is a customised Swiss STP 1-11 automatic at 28,800 vibrations an hour with 44 hours of reserve, regulated to within 0 to plus 15 seconds a day. Sapphire front and back each carry five layers of anti-reflective coating. The bracelet closes with a double push-button clasp with six micro-adjustment holes. It costs $599.
