Timex Expedition Field Post Titanium Automatic

The Expedition Field Post is Timex's titanium field watch, and it gets a titanium case, a sapphire crystal and an automatic movement in under $500. The 41 mm case is solid titanium with a screw-down crown and screw-down caseback, which is how it reaches 200 m of water resistance, a lot for a field watch at this price. It is 12.5 mm thick and weighs 62 g. The dial has a date window and Super-LumiNova, and the movement is an unnamed Japanese automatic with about 40 hours of reserve. It comes on a strap woven from recycled ocean-bound plastic with a titanium buckle. Timex does not state the titanium grade. It costs $419, and it was formerly sold as the Expedition North Titanium Automatic.
